Finish arches, ceremony stages and hospitality spaces are key for any road cycling event. MODYN has partnered with Movico to develop a brand new mobile event structure to set the new standard for ceremony stages, fully branded, flexible and easy to handle and operate.
Movico is a leading brand when it comes to mobile event structures for sport events and roadshows. Mobile structures for roadshows are user-centric solutions that allow brand to showcase their new products and activate their audiences.
In the business of sport events, Movico holds 100+ trailers and event structures. Varying from hospitality units, event offices, media and press units to finish arches and ceremony units. It is this business that was up for the next big thing!
In the crowded areas around in the finish zone limits are put on the available space for any mobile event structure. This stage can be deployed in three different sizes, generating more exposure the larger the set-up!
The demand to have this stage easy deployable by just one operator under time constraints, asked for clever thinking and puzzling. The 3×4 meter LED wall for example can be lowered in height and slides backwards into the unit. This to allow the foldable podium to hinge inwards. Resulting in a compact unit to transport, it fit in just one BDF-unit, a standardized unit in the world of logistics fitting truck trailers.
Spring 2024 was the moment this new mobile structure saw daylight. In its first two weeks on the road it hosted fully branded award ceremonies at Omloop Niewsblad, Strade Bianche and Tirreno Adriatico. Showcasing its flexibility, branding opportunities and ease of deployment.
